Return Policy
Merchandise PURCHASED ONLINE is allowed to be exchanged or returned for store credit or a refund (*credit card transactions will be charged a 10% restocking fee). All merchandise must be returned, unworn, with tags on, within 14 days from the day it was shipped. You are resonsible for any shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not resonsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Christmas and holiday returns: Exchanges or returns must be made by January 15th.
We will give credit or a refund as soon as we receive your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you would like to exchange an item, please call us at 1-843-815-4450 before shipping your item back to us. Let us know the manufacturer, style number, color, and size of the new item, and we will hold on to it until we get the original item back. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item. If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will reimburse you for the shipping to return it to us, and will not charge you shipping for the replacement. If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired, or returned in a timely manner. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
Shipping Policy
UPS will be used for shipping. We can ship anywhere in the U.S. We do require a physical address for all orders.
There is NO sales tax on out of state (South Carolina) orders.
While most shipments are faster, please allow 7 to10 business days for standard delivery. All orders within the United States requiring expedited shipping, i.e., Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day, will be shipped via the shipping method selected.
All orders are shipped via the shipping method selected once we've confirmed availability of the item. If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will promptly email you that information.
No orders are shipped on the weekend or holidays.
Please inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the box in which your order was shipped looks damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us at 1-843-815-4450. If you discover a problem after accepting a delivery, please call us. Also, please report the problem to UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877. Save all the packing material should UPS choose to inspect it when we file a claim.
